Steel shot is a type of abrasive media made of hardened steel that's used for cleaning, finishing, and surface preparation. It's often spherical in shape, but can also be angular. Steel shot is used in a variety of industrial applications, including: Metal castings, Shot peening, Creating strength and relieving stress in steel, and Providing a muted finish to metal. 

 
Steel shot is made by atomizing molten alloy steel with a water jet, then drying and tempering the resulting particles. It's available in different sizes, including:

Rubber Lining in blast room protest for wear tear of blasting booth walls. Dust collectors are used for dust collecting during sandblasting in blast booth. The portable sand blasting machine is placed outside of the chamber and the operator do blasting inside the chamber by blasting hose. Portable blasting machine is automated on-off by deadman handle. Recovery System is two types- mechanical and vacuum, In vacuum recovery system compressed air is used for transfer grit and In automatic recovery system during grit, sandblasting abrasive fall down in conveyor and transfers in bucket elevator, bucket elevator separate usable shot and non usable by media separator, Usable shots fall down in sand blasting hopper and this process will continue. During shot blasting operation operators wear safety wear which protects from high-velocity abrasives.  Blast Room system can Steel fabricated or Civil Constructed, in Civil constructed blast room door will be steel fabricated will air louvers, Air louvers enter required air as per dust collection system. The door of the Blast room can be sliding and hinged type, we can supply according to customer needs and space available at customers' workshop.
